- Clients reporting attending an event as a result of an assistance intervention
- Clients reporting ordering a publication as a result of an assistance intervention
- Clients reporting regulatory burden reduction as a result of P2
- Number of implemented P2 suggestions that have worker health & safety benefits
- People educated in P2
- Clients reporting changes in analysis or measurement practices (e.g., accounting)
