Update user manual to include:

  • All changes since previous version were released, including:
    • Program admin screen
    • Highlighting the “edit measurement data for a previous project” feature
    • Project Start/End dates
    • New reporting features
  • Add guidance on how to enter data at a granular level for programs interested in using the system to track and report individual activities


Start/End Dates:

More guidance needs to be given on what time period the data represents – three ways to interpret the year started/ended

  1. Year P2 Project started/ended
  2. Year project started/ended by the facility
  3. Year data collected
