How do you prevent double counting?
P2 Programs that enter data into the tool need to be conscious of this possible issue. They must take care to prevent double counting when entering data. To help users, the measurement modules include a descriptor field for each main entry. Users can enter a text description, numbers associated with a specific grant, a facility number, or any other information that is helpful for that P2 program.
