Generating Reports:
- Add a report generating feature that allows programs to select which projects to include in an aggregate report
- Add a function so programs across the country working on the same sector can collectively aggregate their results
Report Elements:
- Include funding source data point in “Project Report”
- Include Project Description in “Project Report”
- Convert “Reduced Energy Use” into Greenhouse Gas Reductions and report as such
New Reports:
- View a report by “Funding Source”
Problems with Existing Report Features:
- When not logged in, option for “P2 Program Report” displays but when clicked on throws an error. Hide this report option for those that aren’t logged in.
- Make it clear on reports which dollar values are estimates and which values were collected and carefully documented by a P2 program.
- Note: Some aggregate and report numbers are based on both.
- Add a caveat in the reports next to “initial costs” and “savings” about the fact that in many cases initial costs are actually unknown. This caveat would apply wherever “initial costs” are listed.
