From National P2 Results Data System

I think we need a new way to track comments....this isn't being used, does anyone even read what is being written? How do we know what has been addressed and what hasn't? How do we collect comments and group them? What if someone edits someones comments but doesn't address what the first person was wanting?

Bugzilla is probably a better way to track these types of things.

I think NEWMOA will be addressing these comments (i.e., working on this tool) as they get money from the grant with Michigan.

Under Data Dictionary this comment had been posted:

"I am not sure what is expected on BOD/COD. BOD and COD are usually expressed as a concentration I think we would look at pounds, or gallons of discharge...not BOD/COD. We probably need to clarify this or remove it."
